Mutabik Lehem (Arabic Paratha)

Ingredients for dough:

Plain flour – 2 cup

Chapatti flour – 1 cup

Baking powder – 1 tsp

Ghee or oil – 3 tbsp

Water – 3 cups

Salt – to taste

Ingredients for filing:

Mince – 500g

Oil – 3 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Onion – 1

Boil eggs – 5

Cheddar cheese – 1 cup

Mint – 4 tbsp

Fresh coriander – 4 tbsp

Crushed black pepper – to taste

Method:

Take pan, put oil and add chopped onion, sauté, then add mince and fry on little high flame, then add salt and water, cook until mince is done and water dries. Then add black pepper, fresh copped coriander and chopped mint, mix well and let it cool down. Now roll roti, put mince, then chopped eggs, then cheese and make pocket. Fry on skillet like parathas with little ghee, until both sides are golden brown. Cut in middle and serve.
