How to Make Mutton Roast Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton  – 1 kg
  2. Onion – 3
  3. yogurt – 1 cup
  4. oil – as required
  5. White zeera – 2 tsp
  6. Black pepper – 1 1/4 tsp
  7. Ginger – 1/2 tbsp
  8. Garlic – 1/2 tbsp
  9. Salt  – according to taste
  10. Ginger flaks – 1 tbsp
  11. Red chilli powder or Red Crushed chilli – 1 1/2 tbsp
  12. For garnishing – tomato, mint, lemon, ginger flaks and green chillies

Method:

  • Take a bowl and put meat and toss with oil and heat up griddle pan or tawa and put meat and give a bit brown colour and transfer back in bowl and put onion skin then put burned charcoal and put 1/2 tsp oil and coverd, now cut onion halves and do same thing like you did with meat and put in meat.
  • Now take 1/4 cup yogurt from 1 cup and put white zeera, black pepper, salt, ginger, garlic and oil mix well and put in meat and leave it for 2 hrs.
  • Now put this meat in pan and cook until done,then take a wok and put oil and ginger flaks and put meat and cook on high heat, after 5 min put red chilli powder and cook until water dry, then put remaining yogurt (mix oil) and cook well until done.
  • Then serve with tomato, mint, green chillies, lemon and ginger flaks.
