How to Make Muzaafer
Ingredients:
Vermicelli – 2 cup (broken)
Khoya (mava) – UN sweetened – 1 cup
Milk – 2 cup
Cloves – 4
Green cardamoms – 6
Pistachio – 6 peeled and crushed
Almonds – 6 peeled and crushed
Food colour or saffron – few
Butter or ghee – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – 2 cup
Method:
Take a pan, put ghee and heat it up. Then put vermicelli and fry until it is light brown, then add khoya and fry for 5 min and take it off the heat. Take a wok and put the remaining butter, green cardamoms and cloves. When it gives off an aroma, put almonds and pistachio and fry a bit, then add sugar. When sugar turns into syrup, add fried vermicelli, milk and saffron or orange food colour and mix it well and put on dum until you can see butter on top. Serve with fresh cream.
