How to Make Orange Chiffon Pie


  1. Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp
  2. Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Salt – ¼ tsp
  4. Milk – ¾ cup
  5. Egg yolks- 3
  6. Orange juice – ¾ cup
  7. Lemon juice – ¼ cup
  8. Ginger biscuit – 1 packet
  9. Butter – 3 tbsp


  • Make crumbs of biscuits and melt butter and mix in biscuit crumbs and put it in cake pan or any suitable dish.
  • Take another bowl and put sugar, gelatin powder, salt and milk and mix it well, then put egg yolks and cook on low heat until it is thick, then take it off the heat and mix orange and lemon juice well and put it in the fridge and wait for it to cool down.
  • Don’t wait until it’s completely cooled down.
  • Put beaten cream and mix well and then put this mixture on biscuit layer and put it in fridge for complete cool down and set.
  • Serve after 2 hrs and enjoy.
