As we know, vegetables are more nutritious then meat, especially in summer, I love to cook vegetables, like cauliflower, peas, fenugreek leaves fresh or dry, etc.  Cauliflower with dry fenugreek leaves gives you authentic taste in summer. Do try and let me know.
Phool Gobi aur Methi Ki Sabzi

  1. Cauliflower – 1kg
  2. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  4. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  5. Oil – ¼ cup
  6. Chopped tomato – 2
  7. Red chili – 1 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  9. Green chili – 3
  10. Salt – to taste
  11. Ginger flaks – 2 tbsp.
  12. Fresh coriander – ¼ bunchs

Take a pan, add oil and fry cumin seeds for 1 sec, then add tomato, fenugreek leaves, red chili, salt, turmeric powder, fresh coriander, green chili and ginger flakes, fry well. Then add cauliflower and garam masala powder, cover and cook on low heat until cauliflower is done and water dries. Garnish with fresh coriander, green chili and ginger flakes and serve.
