How to Make Qeemay Kay Parathay: English – Urdu Recipe

How to Make Qeemay Kay Parathay

Ingredients:

  1. Flour – 3 cup
  2. Sugar – 1 tsp
  3. Salt – to taste
  4. Yeast – 1 ¼ tsp
  5. Boiled mince – 250gm
  6. Thinly chopped green chillies – 5
  7. Onion seeds – 1 tsp
  8. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  9. Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  10. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  11. Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  12. Chopped ginger – 1 tbsp
  13. Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp
  14. Chopped onion – 3 tbsp
  15. Ghee – 2 tbsp

Method:

Mix all above ingredients in flour and make dough with warm water, leave for at least an hour. Divide the dough into small balls. Keep aside for 2 to 3 minutes. Roll and cook in the frying pan or skillet with ghee. Yummy Qeema Paratha serve with pickle or tea.
