Flour – 2 tbsp

Spinach – ½ kg thinly chopped
Garlic – 1 tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Take pan, add water and boil spinach for 2 to 4 minutes.
Then drain water and make puree.
Now in a separate pan, add oil and fry garlic.
Then put spinach puree, salt and back pepper, fry well and take it off of the cooker.
Now prepare lasagne for baking
Boiled Lasagne sheets – 1 packet
Cheddar cheese – 250g
Mozzarella cheese – 250g

Take a greased oven dish and spread pasta sheets, then mince, then sauce, then spinach, then lasagne sheets, then mince, then sauce, then cheese and oregano and bake in oven for 15 to 20 min at 200°C and gas mark 6.
