How to Make Super Duper Dahi Baray in Urdu – English
Super Duper Dahi Baray
Ingredients:
- Urad daal – 250 g (soak for 4 – 6 hours)
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
- Red crushed chili – 1 tsp
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Chicken cube – ½
Method:
Take a blender and add all above ingredients, and blend. Make a smooth paste, then fry in hot oil with the help of wada maker or with a spoon until it’s golden brown. When it’s fried, in warm water, add 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of cumin seeds and 1 tsp of red crushed chili and mix. Now add the fried baray into the warm water mixture. Leave for 4 – 5 minutes, then squeeze gently and prepare to serve.
Yoghurt for preparation:
- Hung yoghurt – 1 kg
- Icing sugar – ½ cup
- Salt – ½ tsp
Now in a dish, first add yoghurt, then friend baray, then remaining yoghurt, then add imli sweet ‘n’ sour chutney, then sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala. Serve.
