Tandoori chicken is highly popular Indian and Pakistani dish. Chicken is marinated overnight in spices and lemon juice, then grilled or bake in oven.
- Chicken – 1 (cut in 4 slices)
- Papaya paste – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 3 small or 2 big make juice with seeds
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
- Oil – 6 tbsp
- National Tandoori Masala – as required
Mix all above ingredients and apply on chicken slices. Leave for at least 2 hours. Then place on greased oven tray and bake in preheated oven on 190 for 35 to 40 minutes. Then give smoke of charcoal. Serve with chutney and salad.
