Tikka Masala Fried Fish
You tried chicken tikka, boti tikka and fish tikka, but try this tikka masala fried fish with rice, you would say wow!!!It’s a great combination and awesome taste…..let me know your opinion.
- Surmai or Rohu Fish – ½ kg
- Tikka masala – 1 packet
- Lemon juice – 6 tbsp
- Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- Fresh basil leaves – 2 tbsp chopped
- Parsley – 2 tbsp chopped
- Green chili – 1 tbsp thinly chopped
- Flour – as required
Wash fish with lemon and salt, pat dry. Then mix tikka masala, lemon juice, black pepper, white pepper, basil leaves, parsley and green chili, apply on fish slices. Then leave for half an hour. Roll marinated fish in dry flour, then coat with marination, then again with plain flour and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown. Serve this tikka masala fried fish with vegetable fried rice.
