How to Make Vegetable Corn Soup
- Chicken stock – 8 cups
- Cream of corn – 1 tin
- Mushrooms – 6
- Cabbage – 1/2 cup
- Carrots – 1
- Peas – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste or 1 tsp
- Chinese salt – 1/2 tsp
- White pepper – ½ tsp
- White vinegar – 2 tbsp
- Corn flour – 4 tbsp
- Green coriander – as required
- Take a pan, put chicken stock, cook until starts boiling.
- Then add cream of corn, cabbage, peas, salt, white pepper, carrots, mushrooms, Chinese salt, sugar and vinegar, mix and cook for 10 minutes. .
- Then add corn flour dissolves in water.
- Now add fresh coriander and serve with Soya sauce, green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
