How to Make Vegetable Corn Soup

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken stock – 8 cups
  2. Cream of corn – 1 tin
  3. Mushrooms – 6
  4. Cabbage – 1/2 cup
  5. Carrots – 1
  6. Peas – 1/2 cup
  7. Sugar – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – to taste or 1 tsp
  9. Chinese salt – 1/2 tsp
  10. White pepper – ½ tsp
  11. White vinegar – 2 tbsp
  12. Corn flour – 4 tbsp
  13. Green coriander – as required

Method:

  • Take a pan, put chicken stock, cook until starts boiling.
  • Then add cream of corn, cabbage, peas, salt, white pepper, carrots, mushrooms, Chinese salt, sugar and vinegar, mix and cook for 10 minutes. .
  • Then add corn flour dissolves in water.
  • Now add fresh coriander and serve with Soya sauce, green chillies in vinegar and chilli sauce.
