How to Make Yummy Steamed Chicken, English / Urdu Recipe

Yummy Steamed Chicken

  1. Chicken – 1 kg 4 tikka slices (give them deep cuts)
  2. Fruit vinegar or white vinegar – 4 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp

Apply vinegar and salt on chicken slices, leave for half an hour. Then deep fry in hot oil until it turns golden brown and it’s done more then half. Then take it out from the oil and let them cool down.

Marination for Chicken:

Ingredients:

  1. Yogurt – 250g
  2. Ground green chilli – 10
  3. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  4. Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Nutmeg and mace powder – ¼ tsp
  7. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  8. Salt – to taste
  9. Orange colour – few drops
  10. Dry plums – 8 to 10 (soaked in water for 10 minutes)

Method:

Mix all above ingredients and apply on fried chicken slices, leave for half an hour then steam on medium heat for half an hour. Then serve this yummy steam chicken.
