How to Make Mix Grill Biryani Recipe in Urdu
Ingredients:
- Mutton – 1 kg
- Papaya paste 5 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Green chili – 4 sliced
- Yogurt – 2 cup
- Fried onion – 3 cup
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Food color – few drops
- Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
- Fresh coriander – 1/2 cup chopped
- Boiled eggs – as required
- Whole spices – 1 tbsp
Eid Special Bombay Biryani
Method:
- Take a bowl, add mutton, papaya paste, garam masala powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic, lemon juice, green chili, yogurt, fried onion and salt, mix well and leave for 2 to 3 hours.
- Then heat up oil in a pan along with whole garam masala, stir fry and add marinated mutton and fry well.
Then add 1 cup water, cover and let it cook on low flame until mutton is tender and water dries a little. - Then add mint leaves, fresh coriander, boiled rice, fried onion, orange food color and boiled egg, cover and put on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
