Keema Pakoray

Ingredients:
Mutton mince – 250g
Gram flour – 4 tbsp
Egg – 1
Red crushed chilli – 1 ½ tsp
Fried crushed dry coriander – 1 ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
Onion – 3 tbsp thinly chopped
Green chillies – 6
Baking powder – ¼ tsp
Fresh coriander – 2tbsp
Garam masala powder – ½ tsp

Method:
Take a bowl and put all ingredients along with mince and mix them well. Put oil in a wok. Drop small portions of the batter into the oil with your fingers and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper. Serve hot.
