Kharay Masalay Ka Salan
- Lamb, ½ kg
- Garlic, 8 cloves
- Fennel seeds, ½ tsp
- Black pepper whole, 6 pieces
- Yogurt, ½ cup
- Red whole chillies, 8
- Oil, 1 cup
- Tomatoes , 4
- Ginger flacks , 1 tbsp
- Dry coriander, 1 tbsp
- Black cardamom, ( Bari elaichi ) 4
- Onion medium, 2 finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan. Add the onions, fry till golden brown.
- Add the meat and salt, when water dry.
- Then add fennel seeds, coriander, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, black cardamom, black pepper, and two cup of water.
- Then cover and cook until meat tender, then add yogurt and fry until oil separate then add one cup of hot water and put on low heat for 5min on dum.
- Then serve with naan or hot roti and enjoy your meal.
