Langos Recipe

Langos which is a traditional Hungarian food that’s rather like a fried bread.

Ingredients:

  1. Plain flour – 2 cups
  2. Yeast – 1 packet
  3. Salt – to taste

Method:

Mix the yeast, salt and flour together and make dough with warm water. Let it set for 30 minutes, then roll the dough like roti and cut in the middle one after the other and fry in a deep oil and put cheese garlic on top and serve hot it’s really yummy.
