How to Cook Mutton Malai Tikka,English / Urdu Recipe

Mutton Malai Tikka

Ingredients:

Boneless meat – ½ kg
Papaya paste – 1 ½ tsp
Cream – ½ cup
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – ½ cup

Grind:

Green chillies – 6 – 8
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Ginger paste – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Zeera ( roasted and grind ) 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Red crushed chilli – 1 ½ tsp

Method:

Mix all above ingredients and marinate meat for 4 hours or overnight.
Put on skewers and B.B.Q.
Serve with onion rings, Chutney, and  Naan or paratha.
