Mango Ice Cream2

Ingredients:
Gelatine powder – 1 tbsp
Cold water – ¼ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Mango pulp – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Mango essence – 1 tsp
Salt – 2 pinches
Red food colour – few drops
Cream – 1 cup
Egg whites – 2
Sugar for egg whites – ¼ cup

Method:
Take a pan and put gelatine powder and cold water, mix well and heat it up a bit. Take another pan, put milk and lightly warm up exactly like gelatine mixture. Now take off the cooker and mix them well. Take a blender, put mango pulp, salt, sugar and food colour and blend, and mix well in gelatine and milk mixture. Then put this mixture on ice water until the temperature is freezing cold. Now beat cream and chill, beat egg whites with ¼ cup sugar until it foams and chill. Now mix all three mixtures well with fork and put in air tight container and freeze for 12 hours.
