Ingredients:

  1. Gelatine powder – 1 tbsp
  2. Cold water – ¼ cup
  3. Milk – 1 cup
  4. Mango pulp – 1 ½ cup
  5. Sugar – ½ cup
  6. Mango essence – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – 2 pinches
  8. Red food colour – few drops
  9. Cream – 1 cup
  10. Egg whites – 2
  11. Sugar for egg whites – ¼ cup

Method:

  • Take a pan and put gelatine powder and cold water, mix well and heat it up a bit.
  • Take another pan, put milk and lightly warm up exactly like gelatine mixture.
  • Now take off the cooker and mix them well.
  • Take a blender, put mango pulp, salt, sugar and food colour and blend, and mix well in gelatine and milk mixture.
  • Then put this mixture on ice water until the temperature is freezing cold.
  • Now beat cream and chill, beat egg whites with ¼ cup sugar until it foams and chill.
  • Now mix all three mixtures well with fork and put in air tight container and freeze for 12 hours.
