  1. 550 ml water,
  2. 3 whole whole cloves,
  3. 1 cinnamon sticks,
  4. 4 cardamom pods, cracked open
  5. 65 ml black tea,
  6. 550ml Milk
  7. 4 tbsp Sugar


  • Pour the water into a saucepan with the cloves, cinnamon and cardamom and bring to the boil.
  • Add the tea and milk and return to the boil.
  • Strain and add the sugar.
  • Serve hot.
