Methi Naan(Fenugreek Leaves)

Ingredients:
Plain flour – 3 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1tsp
Instant yeast – 1 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
Fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1

Method:
Mix flour, salt, sugar, oil, egg and yeast with water and make a nice dough, leave it for at least 1 hours. Then make medium size balls and again leave them for few minutes. Turn the oven on, on full temperature. Now roll them about half a inch and put on greased pan, prick with fork or finger tips and apply a little bit of water and put them in oven and bake until done.
If you don’t have an oven, you can make in frying pan. Take a pan, heat it up on medium heat then put naan, sprinkle some water and cover and cook on low heat. When 1 side done, turn on and cook (don’t sprinkle water then).
