Mint and Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients:

  1. Tamarind pulp – 1 cup
  2. Gurr – ½ cup
  3. Mint – ½ bunches
  4. Garlic cloves – 10
  5. Salt – 1 tsp
  6. Fresh red chillies or green chillies – 10 to 12

Method:

  • Take a pan, cook gurr and tamarind pulp. Grind garlic, green or red chillies, mint and salt, make a paste and add in tamarind mixture.
  • Sauce is ready.
  • Serve with chapli kebabs.
