Mint and Tamarind Sauce

Ingredients:

Tamarind pulp – 1 cup

Gurr – ½ cup

Mint – ½ bunches

Garlic cloves – 10

Salt – 1 tsp

Fresh red chillies or green chillies – 10 to 12

Method:

Take a pan, cook gurr and tamarind pulp. Grind garlic, green or red chillies, mint and salt, make a paste and add in tamarind mixture. Sauce is ready. Serve with chapli kebabs.
