How to Cook Mix Karahi in Urdu – English

How to Make Mix Karahi

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton – ½ kg
  2. Mutton kidneys – 4
  3. Mutton heart – 1
  4. Mutton liver – 1
  5. Tomato – 3 to 4
  6. Salt – to taste
  7. Oil – as required
  8. Chinese salt – 1 tsp
  9. Onion – 1 medium
  10. Red crushed chili – 2 ½ tbsp.
  11. Garam masala powder – 2 tsp
  12. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  13. Crushed black pepper – 1 tsp
  14. Ginger garlic water – 1/3 cup
  15. Ginger flaks, fresh coriander, green chili – as required

 

Method:

Boil mutton heart, kidneys and liver, and discard that water, wash well. Now take a wok, heat up oil and fry mutton meat until it turns white. Then add onion, boiled and washed organs, ginger garlic water and 1 tbsp of ginger flakes, fry well. During cooking, use ginger garlic water. Now add red crushed chili, chopped tomato, green chili, salt and Chinese salt, mix and cook until tomato softens. Then add black pepper, fenugreek leaves, garam masala powder and water, cook on dum for some time.  Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with ginger flakes and serve.
