Mutton Bhuna Gosht Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Mutton or beef – ½ kg
  2. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  3. Ghee – 1 tbsp
  4. Oil – ½ cup
  5. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
  6. Yogurt – 1/4 cup
  7. Onion – 2 thinly sliced
  8. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Bay leaves – 2
  10. Big cardamoms – 2
  11. Green cardamoms – 2
  12. Cinnamon sticks – 2
  13. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  14. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt – to taste
  16. Tomato – 4 chopped
  17. Green chilli – 8
  18. Fresh coriander – 3 tbsp

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add mutton, yogurt, ginger garlic, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and ghee.
  • Mix and leave for 1 to 2 hours or overnight will be good.
  • Then fry onion in oil until golden brown along with whole garam masala.
  • Then add meat, cover and cook on low heat until it’s done and water dries.
  • Now add chopped tomato and sugar, cook until tomato soft and water dries, and then fry well.
  • Then pour green chilli and fresh coriander, cover for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with tandoori naan or chappaties.
