Mutton Chops Biryani Recipe

Mutton Biryani Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients for marination:

  1. Mutton chop – 750 gm
  2. Yogurt – 1 cup/ 250 gm
  3. Ginger paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt – 1 1/2 tsp
  7. Fried onion – 3/4 cup
  8. Dry coriander powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  9. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  10. Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp

Ingredients for garnishing:

  1. Boiled rice – 750 gm
  2. Whole garam masala – 1 tbsp
  3. Oil – 1/2 cup
  4. Sliced green chilies – 2 to 3
  5. Juice of 1 lemon
  6. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  7. Chopped fresh coriander – 4 tbsp
  8. Fresh mint leaves – 10 for garnishing
  9. Yellow color – a pinch
  10. Milk – ½ cup
How to Make Yummy and Easy Fried Chops in Urdu – English

Method:

  • In a bowl, add chops, yogurt, ginger paste, red chili, turmeric powder, salt, fried onion, dry coriander powder, cumin powder and chopped ginger, mix and leave for 3 hours.
  • In a separate pan, boil rice with salt and whole garam masala. Set aside.
  • Then take a pan, add 1/2 cup of oil and fry marinated chops, then add 2 cups of water and let it cook until chops are tender.
  • Now squeeze 1 lemon, and mix with fresh coriander, mint, garam masala powder, green chilies in chops.
  • Now take a wide pan and spread half boiled rice, then pour cooked chops along with all gravy.
  • Then spread remaining rice, 2 tbsp fried onion, milk and yellow color mixture.
  • Cover and cook on dum for 15 to 20 minutes.
