Mutton steam

Ingredients:

Mutton – 1 kg
Ginger paste- 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 375gm
Vinegar – 2 cups
Nutmeg powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tbsp
Zeera powder – 1 tbsp
Chat masala – 1 tbsp
Salt – according to taste
Oil

Method:

Take bowl and put vinegar, ginger, and garlic pats in mutton and leave for 15 min then drain and fry in hot oil just to give it colour on mutton pieces, and remove from oil and let them cool.
Take another bowl and put yogurt, all spices and put this mixture in mutton and then steam for 20 min, then serve with mint sauce and salad.
