How to Make Prawn karahi, English/Urdu Recipe
Prawn karahi
Ingredients:
King prawn – ½ kg
Ginger – ¼ cup
Green chillies – 1 to 2
Methi – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Tomatoes – 3 to 4 (chopped)
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Red crushed chillies – 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
Method:
Take pan put 2 tbsp oil heat up then put prawn, ginger 1 tbsp, green chillies and ½ tsp methi and stir fry, then take it out.
Then in same pan put 1/3 cup oil heat up then put tomato, ginger, red chilli powder, red crushed chilli, salt, and cook well until tomato mix, now put methi, cumin seeds ( crushed not fry ) and fry well then add prawns, mix them nicely then put 2 tbsp lemon juice and serve with ginger flakes and fresh coriander.
