How to Cook Seekh Kaleji (Liver), English / Urdu Recipe

Seekh Kaleji (Liver)

Ingredients:

  1. Kaleji (liver) – ½ kg
  2. Vinegar or lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  3. Green chilli paste – 1 tsp
  4. Salt – 1 tsp
  5. Fried ground cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder – ½ tsp
  7. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Wash the kalegi (liver) and cut into medium size pieces.
  • Then apply all above ingredients and skew on skewers. BBQ, grill or cook on burner. During cooking apply oil with brush.
