- Boiled water – 1 glass
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds – 1 pinch
- Oragnic rose (desi gulab) – 1
- White peppermint – 1 tsp
Method:
- Boil 1 glass of water at night, then add rose flower, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and white mint, cover and leave overnight.
- Take daily 1/4 cup of tea from this prepared tea on an empty stomach.
- Result shown in 15 days and within 2 months, your skin color will be lighter.
- When this prepared tea is finished, you need to prepare it again according to the recipe.
