How to Make Mix Grill Biryani Recipe in Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – ½ kg
  2. Rice – 2 cup
  3. Yogurt – 3 tbsp
  4. Chili powder – 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  6. Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
  8. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  9. Medium onion – 3-4
  10. Tomatoes – 2-3
  11. Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  12. Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
  13. Cinnamon stick – 1
  14. Whole black pepper – 6-7
  15. Black cardamom – 1-2
  16. Cloves – 3-4
  17. Dry plums (aloo Bukhara) – 2-3
  18. Coriander – ½ cup
  19. Potatoes – 2-3 chopped in halves
  20. Mint, Green chili – according to taste
  21. Kewra – 2 drops
  22. Saffron – 1 pinch
  23. Salts – according to taste
How to Make Wedding Chicken Korma in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Wash & soak rice for few hours heat the pot, fry finely chopped onion till golden brown add ginger, garlic paste & cumin seeds.
  • Add chicken and fry it constantly for 5 min. add coriander , turmeric, salt, black pepper& red chili powder.
  • Add yogurt and fry for 5 min now add tomatoes & potato. Add enough water till chicken is cooked & tender.
  • Now boil the rice with cinnamon stick, cloves, whole black pepper &black cumin seeds.
  • When chicken is cooked, add plum (aloo Bukhara), mint, coriander, green chili & garam masala.
  • Stir the chicken for 5- 7 mins.
  • Finally add kewra Soak the saffron in 2 tbsp of milk.
  • Now take a pot, place 1 layer of rice than 1 layer of chicken repeat till done.
  • Finally add saffron and fried onion cover the vessel & cook 10 -15 on low flame.
