Spicy Drumsticks


Ingredients for marination:

Drumsticks – ½ kg
Chicken stock – 200ml
Chinese salt – 1 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp
Flour – ½ cup
Milk – 4 tbsp
Egg – 1
Baking powder – ½ tsp

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. Make cuts on drumsticks and apply this batter on chicken drumsticks. Leave for 2 hours in refrigerator.

Ingredients for dry batter:
Flour – 1 ½ cup
Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp

Method:
Remove chicken drumsticks from fridge, mix all dry ingredients. After 15 minutes roll drumsticks in the dry batter and deep fry until crispy and golden brown.
