Talay Huay Matar
Servings : 4-5
- Peas – 1/2 kg
- Oil – 1/3 cup
- Khatai powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
- Tamarind chutney for serving – as required
- Peel peas.
- Heat oil in one pan, put all masala and peas and fry on high flame.
- Take out in serving plate and serve.
