Servings : 4-5

Ingredients:

  1. Peas – 1/2 kg
  2. Oil – 1/3 cup
  3. Khatai powder – 1 tsp
  4. Salt – to taste
  5. Roasted cumin – 1 tsp
  6. Tamarind chutney for serving – as required

Instructions:

  • Peel peas.
  • Heat oil in one pan, put all masala and peas and fry on high flame.
  • Take out in serving plate and serve.
