Tandoori Chops

Ingredients;

  1. Chops – 1 kg
  2. Yogurt – ½ cup 250g
  3. Onion paste – 2 tbsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Raw Papaya paste – 1 tbsp (with skin)
  6. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  7. Salt – 1 ½ tsp
  8. Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  10. Cumin seed – 1 tsp (fried and ground)
  11. Red Food colour – 1 pinch
  12. Oil – 1 tbsp

Method:

  • Ponder chops. Mix all spices and apply on chops and leave for 1 hour.
  • Preheat oven on 180ºC, gas mark 4, 350º F. put wire rack on oven tray and put chops then bake for 40 minutes.
  • Then give charcoal smoke and serve with raita.
