How to Make Tomato Raita, English / Urdu Recipe

Tomato Raita


Tomato – 4 chopped
Yogurt – 2 cup
Green chilli – 6 chopped
Onion – 1 chopped
Garlic clove – chopped
Fried cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste


Take a pan, put 2 tbsp of oil and sauté garlic, then add chopped tomato and fry until mix well and water dries. In a bowl put lightly blended yogurt, then add salt, cumin seeds, green chilli, and onion and tomato mixture. Mix them well and serve with any kind of rice.
