Tomato Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Ripe tomatoes – 6
  2. Salt – to taste
  3. Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
  4. Thinly chopped onion – 2 tbsp
  5. Ghee or oil – 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat up ghee or oil and fry onion until turn into pink.
  • Then add chopped tomatoes, cook for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 4 cups of water.
  • Cook for 5 minutes and then strain.
  • Garnish with black pepper and serve.
