How to Make Vegetable Corn Soup: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

4 servings

  1. Potato – 2
  2. Carrot – 1
  3. Celery – 1 stalk celery
  4. Onion – 1
  5. Zucchini – 1 small
  6. Tomato – 1
  7. Fresh parselay
  8. Chive stalks
  9. Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  10. Olive oil – 4 tbsp
  11. Salt – to taste
Lentil Soup (Spanish Soup)

Method:

  • Peel the potatoes, scrape and clean carrot and celery, Wash them along with zucchini.
  • Cut everything in cubes.
  • Cut the tomatoes and onions in cubes.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the onion, celery, carrots and potatoes.
  • Season lightly (note that soy sauce has enough salt) and cook for 8 minutes, stirring often.
  • Stir in zucchini and tomato, and continue the cooking for 2 more minutes.
  • Pour enough hot water to cover the vegetables, cover the pan and let them cook over medium heat for 18 to 20 minutes, until tender.
  • Add soy sauce and stir.
  • Wash, dry and chop the parsley thinly and chive.
  • Pour the soup into bowls, garnish with parsley and chive. Serve hot.

Tips:
If you prefer spicy, omit soy sauce and add a few drops of Tabasco sauce instead.
