Vegetables Kabab Recipe
Ingredients:
- Loki – 1
- Courgette – 1
- Lady fingers – 6
- Carrot – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Spinach – 1/2 bunch
- Onion – 1
- Green chilli – 6
- Fresh coriander – 1/4 bunch
- Mint – 1/4 bunch
- Gram flour – 1 cup
- Red crushed chilli – 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp
- Crushed cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
- Amchoor powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – for frying
Method:
- Take chopped, add onion, carrots, tomato, green chilli, Loki, courgette, lady fingers, chop them.
- Then put spinach and chop, during grinding put ginger and salt.
- Then take out all mixture in a bowl, then put amchoor powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds and gram flour, mix well.
- Then give them kebab shape and shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
- Serve with chutney and salad.
