Vermicelli Muzaffar Recipe
Ingredients:
- Vermicelli β 2 cup (broken)
- Khoya (mava) β UN sweetened – 1 cup
- Milk β 2 cup
- Cloves β 4
- Green cardamoms β 6
- Pistachio β 6 peeled and crushed
- Almonds β 6 peeled and crushed
- Food color or saffron β few
- Butter or ghee β 1 Β½ cup
- Sugar β 2 cup
Method:
- Take a pan, put ghee and heat it up.
- Then put vermicelli and fry until it is light brown.
- Then add khoya and fry for 5 min and take it off the heat.
- Take a wok and put the remaining butter, green cardamoms and cloves.
- When it gives off an aroma, put almonds and pistachio and fry a bit, then add sugar. When sugar dissolves, add fried vermicelli, milk and saffron or orange food color and mix it well and put on dum until you can see butter on top.
- Serve with fresh cream.

I want to know that when u put sugar n u say when it turn into syrup then add milk n vermcili. i.want to know wont the sugar start burning.kindly guide.thanks
I meant to say when sugar dissolves, then add milk and rest of ingredients. Cook on low heat then sugar will not burn.
