Weight Gain Tips

Now a day everyone is trying to lose weight, they search for diet and exercise. but some people think they are week and want to appear healthy.
Take 2-3 figs and soak them in cold water overnight. Eat the water soaked figs in the morning on an empty stomach along with the water.
Eat loads of cheese & carbohydrate rich foods.
Have banana & dates milkshake daily twice a day.
Also take loads of vegetables and fresh fruits.
Walk daily for 30 minutes
