Weight Gain Tips
- Now a day everyone is trying to lose weight, they search for diet and exercise. but some people think they are week and want to appear healthy.
- Take 2-3 figs and soak them in cold water overnight.
- Eat the water soaked figs in the morning on an empty stomach along with the water.
- Eat loads of cheese & carbohydrate rich foods.
- Have banana & dates milkshake daily twice a day.
- Also take loads of vegetables and fresh fruits.
- Walk daily for 30 minutes
