Weight Loss Herbal Tea by Shah Nazir
Herbal Tea is well known for its benefits. Here is a weight loss herbal tea recipe by famous Shah Nazir which is basically for weight loss but it is also very useful for acidity, extra weight, double chin, thigh, belly fat and sleeplessness. It is recommended to have 3 cups daily. At same time also pay attention to your diet and make a habit of medium to fast paced walk for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Water 1 ¼ Cup
- Lemon Grass: 2 pieces
- Timbaroo or Tumber Herb: 1TSP
- Peppermint: 1TSP
- Green Cardom: 1
- Boil the water at medium heat.
- Then add all above ingredients and cook until one cup water is left.
- Add honey or sugar according to your taste.
- Drink while its warm.
