Weight Loss Lemongrass Tea by Dr Bilquis

Ingredients:

  1. Green cardamom – 1 seeds
  2. Lemon grass – 1 tsp
  3. Thyme – 1 tsp or mint leaves – 25
  4. Black cumin seeds – 1/4 tsp
  5. Fresh coriander – 4 tbsp
  6. Gurr or honey – to taste

Method and benefits:

  • Heat up 3 glasses of water.
  • Then add green cardamom seeds, lemon grass, thyme or mint, black cumin seeds and fresh coriander and bring to boil.
  • Then add gurr or honey to taste and drink it.
