Ingredients:
- Rolled oats – 1 cup
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Ground cinnamon – 1/2 tsp
- Apple – 62 gm
- Natural Peanut Butter – 2 tbsp

Method:
- Add milk, water, oats, cinnamon, apple in a small saucepan and turn heat to medium/high.
- Bring to a boil. Then, turn the heat down to low/medium and continually stir for around 3-5 minutes as the oatmeal cooks and thickens.
- Once oatmeal is at the desired consistency, add peanut butter, mix it well. Remove from heat.
- Present the apple oatmeal porridge in a bowl by placing the prepared apple slices in the centre. Garnish with the peanut butter. Bon Appetite!
