Keema Naan Recipe is an easy recipe that can be prepared quickly as a snack. With Eid only a few days back, a lot of us probably still have some meat left over from the festivities, so this is one good way to use any mince you may have—and even if you don’t, this Keema Naan Recipe can be enjoyed whenever you want.

Keema Naan Recipe

Hari Chutney Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients for marination:

  1. Beef mince – 700 g
  2. Dry coriander – 1 1/2 tbsp
  3. Cumin seeds – 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Chili flakes – 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Red chili powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Ajwain (carom seeds) – 1/4 tsp
  9. Onions – 1 (medium sized, finely chopped)
  10. Green peppers – 4 – 5 (finely chopped)
  11. Fresh coriander – 1/2 cup (finely cut)
  12. Ginger garlic – 1 1/2 tbsp each (roughly chopped)

Keema karela Recipe: English – Urdu

For dough:

  1. Plain flour – 4 cups
  2. Yogurt – 125 g
  3. Salt – 2 tsp
  4. Sugar – 1 tbsp
  5. Yeast – 2 tsp (activated with sugar and water)
  6. Oil – 2 tbsp

For garnishing:

  1. Yogurt – as required
  2. Butter – as required
  3. Fresh coriander – as required

Method:

  • Mix mince with dry coriander, cumin seeds, chili flakes, turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, ajwain, onions, green peppers, fresh coriander and ginger garlic.
  • Cover and leave it in the fridge to marinate for half an hour.
  • Add sugar and water to the yeast to activate it.
  • While waiting for the yeast, take the plain flour for the dough, and mix it with yogurt, salt and oil.
  • Add the yeast when it’s ready, and knead. Cover and set it aside until it rises.
  • When the dough is ready, divide it into equal parts and roll dough balls. Let them set.
  • Mix slightly melted butter with fresh coriander, and set aside, as this will be later used for garnishing.
  • Now roll each dough ball with a rolling pin, and fill it with mince. Make sure to spread it evenly to get mince in the crust, as well.
  • Close the dough ball carefully and let it rest.
  • Fill the rest of the dough balls.
  • Carefully roll each filled dough ball again, and press on the edges to get a crust, like a pizza.
  • Poke holes with a chopstick or any other stick to make sure the naan is cooked right through the middle (and it makes it look nicer).
  • Put the naan on a pan, and cook it from the base.
  • Once it’s cooked from the underneath, move it to a preheated oven at 180 C, and bake on the grill until the naan turns golden brown.
  • Garnish with butter and fresh coriander.
  • Serve with chutney and yogurt creamy lassi, and enjoy.

Gingersnap Cookies Recipe

Gingersnap cookies; yes today my daughter planed to make cookies and I decided to share this recipe with my viewers. Every time when I feel a craving for sweet, my daughter makes this for me along with evening tea. Because these are quick and easy gingersnap cookies recipe. When baking these ginger and honey cookies, the kitchen is flooded with a delicious smell that makes it difficult to resist waiting for them to cool before you can sink your teeth into them.


Honey combines very well with the most aromatic spices when preparing cookies and biscuits, and provides a beautiful golden color to the dough. We can achieve different nuances of flavor using different types of honey, although if we use a denser variety, it is advisable to pre-heat it in a saucepan to achieve a more liquid texture before adding it to the dough.

Ginger and honey cookies can be enjoyed at any time, with coffee, a cup of tea or a simple glass of milk. Stored in an airtight container, they last very well for several days without losing their texture.

Gingersnap Cookies

Ginger Masala Tea Recipe: English – Urdu

Ingredients:

  1. Plain flour – 225 gm
  2. Brown sugar – 100 g
  3. Baking soda – 1 tsp
  4. Ground ginger powder – 1 tsp
  5. Unsalted butter – 100 g
  6. Honey – 100 g

Method to make gingersnap cookies:

  • Put flour, soda and ginger into the bowl and mix it.
  • Then put butter, sugar and honey into the saucepan.
  • Put the saucepan on low heat, until the butter melts, keep stirring it.
  • After the butter has melted, take it off the heat and let it cool a little.
  • Then stir it until only a brown liquid is left.
  • Pour the flour mixture, into the saucepan while stirring.
  • Keep stirring until the mixture becomes into dough.
  • Take small amounts of dough with a spoon, and scrape it of with another spoon onto the baking tray.
  • Wait for a few minutes, and then shape the pieces of dough into balls. Press gently.
  • Put them in to the preheated oven at 180ºC for 10 minutes.
  • Enjoy your Gingersnaps cookies with Tea!

I made yummy and crispy homemade cake rusk for breakfast or tea time. This is a very simple and easy recipe. I like my cake rusk with cumin seeds, but if you don’t like it, you don’t have to add this.
If you want it in a bigger quantity, you can use a bigger pan and double the recipe.
You can serve this with your evening tea, and it’s better than getting them from a bakery because you choose how much sugar you want, and you can even add raisins if you want, to give it a more tea biscuit taste. Enjoy!

Homemade Cake Rusk

Easy Cake Rusk Recipe: Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Butter – 100 g
  2. Sugar – 1/2 cup
  3. Eggs – 3
  4. Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
  5. Plain flour – 1 cup
  6. Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt – 1 pinch
  8. Yellow food colour – 1 pinch
  9. Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

How to Make Plain Cake from Scratch: English – Urdu

Method:

  • Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • Take a bowl, and mix soft butter with sugar.
  • Beat until it’s fluffy and creamy.
  • Add eggs one by one and keep beating.
  • Now add vanilla essence.
  • Sieve plain flour and baking powder, mixing it in slowly to the batter.
  • Now add salt and yellow food colour. Mix well.
  • Add cumin seeds to recipe if you desire. Mix again.
  • Take a cake pan and cover it with butter paper.
  • Pour the batter in and bake for 15 to 20 minutes on 180°C, depending on the temperature of your oven.
  • Once it’s done, let it cool down completely. Then cut the cake into slices.
  • Put them back on a tray, and bake them on one side for 10 – 15 minutes, and then on the other side for another 10 – 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy your crispy and delicious cake rusk.

Naan is the most famous bread in the world all over and it is usually prepared in a traditional tandoor or oven. But today I will teach you to make tawa naan without yeast and tandoor. It won’t be with the tawa because nowadays, everyone has non-stick tawa because non-stick tawa doesn’t work properly. Instead of tawa, we will cook it in a frying pan. This tawa naan recipe is also made without yeast so anyone can enjoy naan at home without any hassle. Let’s start preparation and enjoy your delicious naan with any kind of karahi, curry or vegetable dish and make a tasty meal at home during this lockdown situation.

Tawa Naan without Yeast and Tandoor

Homemade Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

  1. Plain flour – 3 cups
  2. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  3. Sugar – 1 tsp
  4. Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
  5. Baking powder – 1 tsp
  6. Oil – 4 tbsp
  7. Yogurt – 3 tbsp
  8. Milk – 1 cup

Naan Recipe with Yeast

For garnishing:

  1. Fresh coriander
  2. Kalwanji or nigella seeds
  3. Garlic butter

Method:

  • In a bowl, add plain flour, salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and oil. Mix well.
  • Then add warm yogurt and milk, and make smooth dough.
  • If you need some more water, feel free to add more, and if you feel like the flour is too thin, you can add dry flour.
  • Add a bit of oil and then cover it. Leave it for half an hour so it can rise a bit, then divide dough and make balls. Leave them for 5 minutes to set. Then roll them and make naan.
  • Now leave the frying pan to warm up a bit and roll the dough balls.
  • Add some coriander, and some Nigella seeds. Roll this slightly so they don’t fall. Apply water to the other side so it sticks to the frying pan. Carefully put the naan on the frying pan and press on the sides to make it stick.
  • When you see bubbles starting to form, turn it the other way and turn up the heat.
  • When it’s cooked from both sides, take it out.
  • Make the rest of the naan in the same way.
  • Apply desi ghee so they look more delicious and beautiful.
  • If you want, you can also add garlic while rolling or apply garlic butter when the naan is ready, like the recipe I already taught you to make. Whatever you prefer.

Quiche Lorraine Recipe

Ingredients for Quiche Base:

  1. Plain flour – 2 cups

  4. Egg yolk – 1
  • Chilled water to make dough

Ingredients for Filling:

  1. Eggs – 4
  2. Cream – 1/2 cup
  3. Milk – 1/2 cup
  4. Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
  5. Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  7. Cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup
  8. Onion – 1/4 cup
  9. Cooked chicken tikka – 1/2 cup
  10. Mushroom slices – 6 to 7
  11. Olives chopped – 4-5

Method for base:

  • Put flour, butter and salt in a bowl. Mix until the mixture turns into bread crumbs.
  • Add egg yolk and knead it with chilled water until it turns into dough.
  • Place this dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Then roll it and spread on 8 inch pie plate and again put it in the fridge for 5 minutes.
  • After 5 minutes, blind bake in preheated oven on 180 C for 10 to 15 minutes. Set aside.

Filling for Quiche Lorraine Recipe

  • Add eggs, cream, milk, red chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and cheese in a bowl and mix well.
  • Now spread mushrooms, onion, chicken and olives in baked quiche base.
  • Then pour egg mixture and bake on 180 C for 30 minutes.
  • Serve with garlic bread or green salad.

How to Make Homemade Pizza Sauce: English – Urdu Recipe

Dough For Pizza:

  1. Plain flour – 2 1/2 cups
  2. Instant yeast – 3 tsp
  3. Warm water – 1/4 cup
  4. Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
  5. Sugar – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  8. Egg – 1

Method to prepare Pizza Dough:

  • Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 5 min.
  • Add plain flour, milk powder, salt, oil, egg and mixture of yeast, mix it well to make a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients for Topping:

  1. Chicken Tikka – 300 g
  2. Pizza sauce – 1/3 cup
  3. Mozzarella cheese – 1 1/2 cup
  4. Mushrooms – 1/2 cup sliced
  5. Green capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  6. Red capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  7. Yellow capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  8. Green chillies – 2 sliced
  9. Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  10. Oregano – 1 tsp
  11. Olive oil for sides of tray – 1 1/2 tbsp (optional)
  12. Butter – 1 tbsp after baking (optional)

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:

  1. Boneless chicken in cubes – 300 gm
  2. Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  4. Crushed dry coriander and cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  8. Crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  9. Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  10. Food colour – 1 pinch
  11. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  13. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  14. Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Apply all above chicken tikka ingredients on chicken pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat up 1/2 tbsp oil in pan and cook chicken until done. Give smoke of charcoal and set aside.
  • Spread the dough in a greased pizza pan or whatever you have and spread pizza dough, apply pizza sauce on it.
  • Add half mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, chicken tikka pieces, all three colours of capsicum, green chilli sliced, remaining cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano. b
  • Bake for 15 to 20 min on 180 C, serve with pasta salad or fresh green salad.

Easy Garlic Naan

Ingredients:

  1. Yeast – 3/4 tbsp
  2. Sugar – 1/2 tsp
  3. Water – 1/4 cup
  4. Plain flour – 4 cups
  5. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  6. Warm yogurt – 3 tbsp
  7. Oil or ghee – 1 1/2 tbsp

Homemade Garlic Butter

For garnishing for easy garlic naan:

  1. Garlic butter – as required

Easy Naan Recipe: English – Urdu

Method:

  • Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and set aside until the mixture foams on top.
  • In a separate bowl add flour, salt, yogurt, oil and yeast mixture and make soft dough with warm water.
  • Then cover with a damp cloth and leave until it doubles in size.
  • Divide the dough into medium size balls.
  • Shape each ball of dough with the palms to make an oval shape.
  • Bake the naan in preheated oven grill until golden brown or cook on hot skillet/tawa either on non stick or normal.
  • Then apply garlic butter with brush and serve these delicious and easy garlic naan with chicken karahi or daal maash along with fresh salad.

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

I went out for a walk when I heard the news that we can now go out after such a long time under lockdown. I saw a bunch of beautiful strawberries in the fruit shop and decided to make strawberry cheesecake. Here is an easy step by step method video to follow along. You can add variations with different fruits, such as blueberries, raspberries, etc.

 Ingredients for Crust for Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

Mother’s Day Special Red Velvet Cheesecake: English – Urdu Recipe

  1. Digestive biscuits – 200 gm (make crumbs)
  2. Butter – 75 g melted
  3. Desiccated coconut – 1 ½ tbsp

Ingredients for filling for Easy Strawberry Cheesecake Recipe

  1. Curd cheese – ½ cup (1/2 cup yogurt hang in muslin clothe for whole night)
  2. Cream cheese – 200 gm
  3. Icing sugar – 6 tbsp
  4. Whipped cream – 2 packets or 400 ml
  5. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  6. Gelatin powder – 1 tbsp (dissolves in 3 tbsp warm water)

Strawberry Filling Vanilla Cake

For Topping:

  1. Gelatin powder – 1 tsp (dissolves in 1 tbsp water)
  2. Icing sugar – 2 tbsp
  3. Strawberry puree – 3/4 cup
  • Mix strawberry puree, icing sugar and gelatin mixture. Mix and spread on cheesecake.

Method:

  • Mix biscuit crumbs and coconut in melted butter and press into your preferred pan. Bake in preheated oven to 350 degrees F, Gas Mark 4, 180C for 8 minutes.
  • Then set aside.
  • Take a bowl, add cream cheese, curd cheese and icing sugar. Beat with beater.
  • Add whipped cream and beat along with gelatin mixture and vanilla essence.
  • Pour batter into prepared crust. Pour strawberry puree, spread on cheesecake and put it in the fridge to chill.
  • Once fully chilled, it is ready to serve.

Masalay Wali Mash Urad Ki Daal: English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • In a small bowl, mix yeast, sugar and warm water. Stir to dissolve then let it sit for a few minutes or until it is frothy on top.
  • In a separate bowl, add flour, salt, chilli flakes, cumin seeds, green chillies, onion, olive oil, fresh coriander, warm milk and yeast mixture.
  • Knead the soft dough with the help of warm water.
  • Cover the dough and let it rise until it doubles in size.
  • After it rises, divide the dough into 6 to 8 balls and roll out with hands.
  • You can cook naan on hot skillet over medium heat or bake in preheated oven or in grill until it turns golden brown.
  • Cover the cooked naan with a towel to keep warm as you cook the remaining pieces.
  • Brush with melted butter and serve with punjabi aloo samosa and podina ki chutney.

Quick and Tasty Brownies

Today we are going to prepare a quick and tasty brownies recipe. There are many types of brownies on the internet but I am going to prepare this very simple and easy brownies with nuts and frosting.

You can prepare brownies in a thousand ways, with white chocolate, with milk chocolate or with dark chocolate.

The best accompaniment for these brownies is vanilla ice cream, in my opinion, or any other type of ice cream. It is better to accompany it with a sauce or ice cream since taking it can alone might seem a bit heavy and with this we help to make the experience much better.

Most Delicious and Easy Brownies: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients for Brownies:

  1. Butter – 112 gm
  2. Sugar – 1 cup
  3. Eggs – 2
  4. Plain flour – 1/2 cup
  5. Coco powder – 1/3 cup
  6. Baking powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  8. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  9. Walnuts – 1/3 cup chopped or chocolate chips
How to Make Yummy Brownies Bar in Urdu – English

Ingredients for Frosting:

  1. Butter – 3 tbsp
  2. Coco powder – 3 tbsp
  3. Honey – 1 tbsp
  4. Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
  5. Icing sugar – 1 cup

Garnishing;

  1. Crushed almonds
  2. Crushed walnuts

Method:

  • Strain the coco powder, plain flour, salt and baking powder and set aside.
  • In a separate bowl melt the butter in microwave or on double boiler.
  • Add sugar and eggs, mix it well.
  • Add vanilla essence and dry ingredients (reserve 2 tbsp to fold nuts to prevent sinking nuts in the brownies).
  • Now fold nuts or chocolate chips.
  • Pour this mixture into a 7×7 inch square baking pan and bake in a preheated oven for 15 to 18 minutes at 180ºC.
