Pizza Hut Style Chicken Tikka Pizza

Today we bring you a delicious pizza because I do not know about your house but in mine it is made at least once a week. But today I am not bringing you any pizza, but rather a fluffy pizza-hut-style chicken tikka pizza.

Following the steps of this recipe you will realise how easy it is to prepare your favourite pizza. Mix, knead, and wait for the dough to rise is the only thing you will have to do. To enjoy!

Pizza Hut Style Chicken Tikka Pizza

How to Make Homemade Pizza Sauce: English – Urdu Recipe

Dough For Pizza:

  1. Plain flour – 2 1/2 cups
  2. Instant yeast – 3 tsp
  3. Warm water – 1/4 cup
  4. Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
  5. Sugar – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 1 tsp
  7. Olive oil – 2 tbsp
  8. Egg – 1

Method to prepare Pizza Dough:

  • Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 5 min.
  • Add plain flour, milk powder, salt, oil, egg and mixture of yeast, mix it well to make a smooth dough. Cover and leave in a warm place until it doubles in size.

Keto Pizza Crust

Ingredients for Topping:

  1. Chicken Tikka – 300 g
  2. Pizza sauce – 1/3 cup
  3. Mozzarella cheese – 1 1/2 cup
  4. Mushrooms – 1/2 cup sliced
  5. Green capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  6. Red capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  7. Yellow capsicum – 1/4 chopped
  8. Green chillies – 2 sliced
  9. Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  10. Oregano – 1 tsp
  11. Olive oil for sides of tray – 1 1/2 tbsp (optional)
  12. Butter – 1 tbsp after baking (optional)

Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:

  1. Boneless chicken in cubes – 300 gm
  2. Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1/4 tsp
  4. Crushed dry coriander and cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  5. Red chilli flakes – 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  8. Crushed black pepper – 1/4 tsp
  9. Yogurt – 1 tbsp
  10. Food colour – 1 pinch
  11. Olive oil – 1 tbsp
  12. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  13. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  14. Garlic paste – 1 tsp

Method:

  • Apply all above chicken tikka ingredients on chicken pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Heat up 1/2 tbsp oil in pan and cook chicken until done. Give smoke of charcoal and set aside.
  • Spread the dough in a greased pizza pan or whatever you have and spread pizza dough, apply pizza sauce on it.
  • Add half mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, chicken tikka pieces, all three colours of capsicum, green chilli sliced, remaining cheese, red chilli flakes and oregano. b
  • Bake for 15 to 20 min on 180 C, serve with pasta salad or fresh green salad.

On this Eid Ul Fitr, we can cook this delicious and healthy steam chicken roast. This is the healthy version for those who want to reduce fat intake in their diet. You can deep fry after steam and sprinkle some chaat masala on top for rich and crispy look but it is totally optional. Otherwise, just steaming it is fine. Personally, I like roast either steamed or baked. You can serve it with salad or any kind of plain rice such as zeera rice or garlic rice.

Steam Chicken Roast Chef Mehboob

How to Make Mughlai Chicken Roast: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Whole chicken – 1 without skin
  2. Roasted crushed dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  3. Roasted crushed cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  4. Yogurt – 1 cup
  5. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  6. Lemon juice – 4 tbsp
  7. Salt – 1 tsp
  8. Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder – 1 tbsp

Steam Chicken Chargha: English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • In a bowl, add yogurt, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, crushed cumin seeds and dry coriander. Mix well.
  • Make deep cuts on chicken. Apply this masala on chicken and leave for 4 to 5 hours.
  • Steam chicken in 20 to 25 minutes in steamer.
  • Take it out and sprinkle some extra virgin olive oil and serve with salad and lemon slices.

Ingredients:

  1. Boiled and shredded chicken – 2 cups
  2. Sliced mushrooms – 1 cup tinned
  3. Capsicum – 2 sliced
  4. Black olives – 1/4 cup sliced
  5. Onion – 2 tbsp sliced
  6. Cheddar cheese – 1 cup
  7. Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
  8. Salt – 1 tsp
  9. Black pepper – 1 tsp
  10. Thick pizza sauce – 1 1/2 cup
  11. Bread crumbs – 1 cup
How to Make Chatpata Paratha Roll in Urdu – English

Method:

  • First of all add 2 eggs and 3 to 4 tbsp of plain flour in a bowl. Mix and set aside to join the roll.
  • Take a bowl. Add shredded chicken, mushrooms, capsicum, black olives, onion, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, thick pizza sauce and bread crumbs. Mix well.
  • Now fill manada patti and join with egg mixture. You can deep fry or freeze it.

How to Make Mughlai Chicken Roast: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Full chicken – 1 (1 1/2 kg)
  2. Cloves – 4
  3. Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  4. Cinnamon stick – 1
  5. Green cardamoms – 4
  6. Star anise – 1
  7. Dry coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
  8. Dry cayenne pepper – 6 to 7
  9. Black Cardamoms – 2
  10. Ginger – 1 tbsp
  11. Garlic – 6 to 7 cloves
  12. Yogurt – 2 tbsp
  13. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  14. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  15. Red chili powder – 2 tsp
  16. Salt – to taste
  17. Oil – 2 tbsp
How to Make Chicken Roast with Pita Bread in Urdu – English

Method:

  • Grind whole mix spices (whole garam masala) and set a side.
  • Then add ginger garlic, yogurt and lemon juice in chopper and make paste.
  • Take a bowl, add garam masala, yogurt mixture, Turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and oil, mix well.
  • Then add red and orange food color to give nice tandoori look, or if you have tandoori food color you can use it. mix well and apply on chicken.
  • Cover and leave for overnight or for 2 hours.
  • Then bake in preheated oven on 180 C along with mixed vegetables for 40 minutes or until done.
  • Delicious and spicy roast ready to serve.

Tandoori Chicken Tikka Wrap is one of my favourite meals. It’s a quick and tasty idea for picnic, lunch box or even as a weekend brunch. We can serve on tandoori naan, pitta bread or on tortilla.

Tandoori Chicken Tikka Wrap

How to Make BBQ Raita in Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Boneless chicken thighs – 1/2 kg cut in cubes
  2. Tortilla or naan – 4
  3. Plain yogurt – 1/4 cup
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
  5. Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
  6. Roasted crushed coriander seeds – 1 tsp
  7. Paprika powder – 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Salt – to taste
  10. Cayenne pepper – 1/2 tsp
  11. Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
  12. Mint cucumber raita – as required
  13. Tomato – 1
  14. Red onion – 1
  15. Lettuce – as required
Mint Cucumber Raita

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper and cardamom powder, mix it well.
  • Add chicken cubes and marinade overnight or 4 to 5 hours.
  • Then skew in kebab skewers and grill on hot grill or grilled pan or cook in pan on stove.
  • Place naan on grill for a minute or so on each side to lightly char.
  • Top naan with chicken, cilantro, lemon/lime juice, and your choice of raw veggies.
  • Finally spread on the mint-cucumber raita. Enjoy!

Chicken Nihari by Shireen Anwar

Nihari is a stew consisting of slow-cooked meat mainly shank meat of beef or lamb and mutton, goat meat and chicken, along with bone marrow. I personally like beef nihari but most people do not like beef in their diet. They can still enjoy the taste and texture of nihari with chicken. Today I am going to share chicken nihari by Shireen Anwar.

Chicken Nihari by Shireen Anwar

Spicy Nihari Recipe and Nihari Masala

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1-1/2 kg or (8 pieces)
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Ginger garlic – 2 tbsp
  4. Salt – 1 tbsp
  5. Red chilli powder – 2 tbsp
  6. Flour – 1/2 cup (dissolves in water)
  7. Nihari masala – 3 tbsp
  8. Ghee – 1 cup

Ingredients For Nihari Masala:

Sheermal: Ramadan Special Sweet Bread Recipe
  1. Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
  2. Black cardamom – 2
  3. Green cardamom – 4
  4. Cloves – 8
  5. Black pepper whole – 12
  6. Fennel seeds – 3 tbsp
  7. Dried ginger – 1/2 tbsp
  8. White cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
  9. Mace – 4 to 5 pieces
  10. Nutmeg whole – half
  11. Star anise – 1

For making nihari masala:

  • Add cinnamon, black cardamom, green cardamom, cloves, whole black pepper, fennel seeds, dried ginger, white cumin, mace, nutmeg and star anise, grind it and save it a jar.

Method for Nihari:

  • Heat up ghee in a pan, fry chopped onions until light golden.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and chicken slightly fry.
  • Then add red chillies powder, salt and nihari masala, fry well.
  • Then add 4 cups of water, bring to boil. When water boiling add in the dissolve paste of the flour, keep stirring till one boil comes.
  • Lower flame and leave it on dum till chicken tender.
  • Serve with chopped greens chillies, lemon, brown onion, ginger flakes, fresh coriander and naan.

Moti Mahal Butter Chicken

How to Make Yummy Tandoori Drumsticks: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg/ 16 pieces
  2. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Hung yogurt – 375 gm
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  8. Tandoori food colour – 1 pinch
  9. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  10. Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

Ingredients for gravy:

  1. Butter – 4 oz
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  4. Tomato puree – 1 cup
  5. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar – 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
  10. Cashew nut paste – 1 tsp heaped
  11. Milk – 1/2 cup
  12. Cream – 4 tbsp
  13. Green chilli – 4
Easy Butter Chicken in Urdu – English

Method for Chicken:

  • Take a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, hung yogurt, ginger garlic paste, fenugreek, tandoori colour, garam masala powder, cream mix well. leave for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Then put in greased oven tray in single layer and bake in preheated oven on 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes until water dries or put in the pan along with 2 tbsp oil and cook until water dries.

Method for gravy;

  • Melt butter with 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, chilli powder, salt, sugar, garam masala powder and fry well. then add tandoori masala and fry well with the help of some water.
  • Then add cashew nut paste, milk, cream and fry well.
  • Then add baked chicken and toss well. Finely add green chilli in julienne cut, cover and cook on dum for 10 minutes.

Tomato Puree:

  • Add lots of tomato without water in a pan, cook until tomato soften, then blend well.
  • Strain tomato paste and cook until turns into thick paste.

Ingredients:

  1. Elbow macaroni – 250 gm (boiled with 1 tbsp salt)
  2. Karahi masala – 2 tbsp
  3. Chicken boneless – 250 gm
  4. Green chilies – 4 chopped
  5. Chopped onion – 1 cup
  6. Ginger flakes – 2 tbsp
  7. Chopped tomatoes – 1 cup
  8. Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  9. Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp chopped
Shinwari Mutton Karahi: English – Urdu Recipe

Method:

  • Heat up 3/4 cup oil in a wok, add onion. Fry until light golden. Then add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 minute. Then add chopped tomato and cook well. Then add 1/2 cup of water and blend this masala in blender or with hand blender.
  • Now pour this gravy masala back in wok and cook on high flame along with chicken cubes, karahi masala.
  • Fry well until water dries.
  • Now add green chilies, ginger and chopped coriander. Then mix elbow macaroni and serve.

  15. Burger buns – 4
  16. Tomato ketchup – 6 tbsp
Homemade Mayonnaise Recipe

Method:

  • Apply black pepper powder, chilli powder, salt, garlic powder and mustard paste on chicken pieces and leave for an hour.
  • Mix plain flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, black pepper, salt and baking powder. Set aside.
  • Now dip chicken pieces in eggs, then fold in flour mixture and deep fry in medium hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
  • Warm up burger buns on skillet. Then place lettuce leaf and apply mayonnaise, ketchup, place chicken, then cheese slice and cover with bun and serve with fries.

How to Make Spicy Shinwari Chicken Karahi: Urdu – English

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 (cut in small pieces)
  2. Tomatoes – 8
  3. Onion – 2 large
  4. Garlic – 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger – 1 tbsp
  6. Turmeric – 1 tsp
  7. Red chilli – (crushed) 2 tbsp
  8. Green chilli – 6
  9. Ginger (slices) – 4 tbsp
  10. Salt – 1-1/2 tsp
  11. Oil – ½ cup
How to Make Delicious Karahi Biryani

Method:

  • In a pan heat oil and chicken fry for 15 minutes then remove and keep a side. Now add onion and fry 5 minutes.
  • Then add ginger and garlic fry 1 minute.
  • After this tomato, crushed red chilli, turmeric and salt mix and fry and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • Then add chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until chicken is tender.
  • Garnish with green chilli and ginger flakes.
  • Serve with tandoori naan and salad.
