Chicken and Potato stuffed Naan Recipe
Ingredients for dough:
- Flour – 4 cups
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar – 2 tbsp
- Yeast – 3 tsp
- Dry milk powder – 2 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Oil – 1/2 cup
- Green chilli- 2 ground
Method:
- Take a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, yeast, milk powder, egg, oil and green chilli paste, mix and make soft dough with warm water.
- Leave until it doubles in size.
Ingredients for filling:
- Chicken mince – 250gm
- Boiled and mashed potato – 2
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Black pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Blended tomato – 1
- Red crushed chilli – 1
- Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli – 2 chopped
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp
- Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Take a pan, add oil and sauté onion, then add ginger garlic paste and chicken mince, fry well.
- Then add blended tomato, black pepper, red chilli, turmeric powder and salt, fry until water dries.
- Now take it off of the flame and add garam masala, chaat masala, mashed potato, green chilli and fresh coriander, mix well.
- Now divide dough in small balls, roll and fill with filing make naan.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Serve with mint sauce.
