Daily intake of Green tea before bed time can get rid of your acidity and gas issues which produces during the whole day in your tummy.

Arabic Iced Green Tea

2 serving


  1. Mint leaves – 1/2 cup
  2. Jasmine tea bags 2 or gunpowder – 2 tsp
  3. Green cardamom – 2
  4. Jamul vinegar – 1 tsp
  5. Honey – to taste
  6. Lemon grass – 1 tsp crushed
  7. Ice cubes – as desired
  8. Boiling water – 2 cups


In a pan, add green tea, green cardamom and boiling water. Cover and allow it to steep for at least 5 minutes. Then strain and discard tea bags, pour tea in a pan, bring to a quick boil over medium heat. Then add vinegar, lemongrass and honey to taste, mix well. Let it cool down. Now fill glass with ice. Pour prepared tea and mint leaves.

Note: Diabetics patients can omit honey and use artificial sweetener, also those who don’t like ice they can drink as it is.
