Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori chicken is highly popular Indian and Pakistani dish. Chicken is marinated overnight in spices and lemon juice, then grilled or bake in oven.
Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 (cut in 4 slices)
  2. Papaya paste – 2 tbsp
  3. Lemon juice – 3 small or 2 big make juice with seeds
  4. Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
  5. Salt – 1 tsp or to taste
  6. Oil – 6 tbsp
  7. National Tandoori Masala – as required

Method:
Mix all above ingredients and apply on chicken slices. Leave for at least 2 hours. Then place on greased oven tray and bake in preheated oven on 190 for 35 to 40 minutes. Then give smoke of charcoal. Serve with chutney and salad.
