How to Make Yummy Tandoori Drumsticks: English – Urdu Recipe

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg/ 16 pieces
  2. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  3. Salt – 1 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  5. Hung yogurt – 375 gm
  6. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  7. Dry fenugreek leaves – 1 tbsp
  8. Tandoori food colour – 1 pinch
  9. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
  10. Fresh cream – 2 tbsp

Ingredients for gravy:

  1. Butter – 4 oz
  2. Oil – 1 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
  4. Tomato puree – 1 cup
  5. Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 1/2 tsp
  7. Sugar – 2 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Tandoori masala – 1 tbsp
  10. Cashew nut paste – 1 tsp heaped
  11. Milk – 1/2 cup
  12. Cream – 4 tbsp
  13. Green chilli – 4
Easy Butter Chicken in Urdu – English

Method for Chicken:

  • Take a bowl, add lemon juice, salt, red chilli powder, hung yogurt, ginger garlic paste, fenugreek, tandoori colour, garam masala powder, cream mix well. leave for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Then put in greased oven tray in single layer and bake in preheated oven on 180 degree for 15 to 20 minutes until water dries or put in the pan along with 2 tbsp oil and cook until water dries.

Method for gravy;

  • Melt butter with 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, chilli powder, salt, sugar, garam masala powder and fry well. then add tandoori masala and fry well with the help of some water.
  • Then add cashew nut paste, milk, cream and fry well.
  • Then add baked chicken and toss well. Finely add green chilli in julienne cut, cover and cook on dum for 10 minutes.

Tomato Puree:

  • Add lots of tomato without water in a pan, cook until tomato soften, then blend well.
  • Strain tomato paste and cook until turns into thick paste.
