Tandoori Chicken Tikka Wrap is one of my favourite meals. It’s a quick and tasty idea for picnic, lunch box or even as a weekend brunch. We can serve on tandoori naan, pitta bread or on tortilla.

How to Make BBQ Raita in Urdu – English
Ingredients:
- Boneless chicken thighs – 1/2 kg cut in cubes
- Tortilla or naan – 4
- Plain yogurt – 1/4 cup
- Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Roasted and crushed cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
- Roasted crushed coriander seeds – 1 tsp
- Paprika powder – 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Cayenne pepper – 1/2 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 2 pinch
- Mint cucumber raita – as required
- Tomato – 1
- Red onion – 1
- Lettuce – as required
Mint Cucumber Raita
Method:
- Take a bowl, add yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, paprika, turmeric, salt, cayenne pepper and cardamom powder, mix it well.
- Add chicken cubes and marinade overnight or 4 to 5 hours.
- Then skew in kebab skewers and grill on hot grill or grilled pan or cook in pan on stove.
- Place naan on grill for a minute or so on each side to lightly char.
- Top naan with chicken, cilantro, lemon/lime juice, and your choice of raw veggies.
- Finally spread on the mint-cucumber raita. Enjoy!
