Tasty Chili Mayonnaise recipe, prepared with the mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream, excellent for KFC Buffalo Ranch Big Filler or any kind of burger.
Chili Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
- Mayonnaise – 1 1/2 cups
- Sour cream – 1 1/2 cups
- Chipotle chiles in adobo – 2 cans
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt – to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper – to taste
Method:
- In a blender, put the mayonnaise, sour cream, peppers, and lime juice, blend well until becomes into puree.
- Then put the mayo for 1/2 hour in the fridge to let the
- flavors to blend.
- Then add salt and pepper according to your taste and use.
