Mazedar Pina Colada
Ingredients:
- Pineapple juice – 1 cup
- Ice cubes – 1 cup
- Vanilla essence – 2 scoops
- Desiccated coconut – 1 tbsp
- Coconut milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tbsp
- Pineapple chunks – 1/2 cup
Method:
- Take a blender, add pineapple juice, ice cubes, vanilla essence, desiccated coconut, coconut milk, sugar and pineapple chunks.
- Blend well and serve in tall glasses.
